All sites are to be prepared one half-hour before the arrival of the candidates with two rooms (upstairs and downstairs) set aside to receive the candidates and delegates for Q & A sessions. Each site will have two moderators for the Q & A sessions: one Rector and one CNB member. There will also be two drivers in charge of transporting the candidates according to the schedule.
Imago Dei, Bangor (Address – 56 Center St. Bangor, ME):
The Rev. Justin Howard, Rector(firstname.lastname@example.org)
Amy Howard, CNB Member (email@example.com)
All Saints, Attleboro (Address – 1188 S. Main St. Attleboro, MA):

All Saints Cathedral (69 Friend St. Amesbury, MA):
The Very Rev. Dr. Nathan Baxter, Dean (Nathan@allsaintsamesbury.org)
The Rev. Canon Dr. Susan Skillen, CNB Chair (firstname.lastname@example.org)
Each visit will have the same basic protocol despite differences in locations and times. The site locations and times are as follows:
Thursday, October 11
7:00 PM – Imago Dei Anglican Church, Bangor (arrival is 6:45 PM)
Friday, October 12
7:00 PM – All Saints Anglican Church, Attleboro (arrival is 6:45 PM)
Saturday, October 13
10:00 AM – All Saints Cathedral, Amesbury
12:00 PM – Candidates depart
During each location visit, each moderator will be asking 2 to 3 questions that are unknown to the candidates and have been submitted by members of the diocese (in addition to several prepared questions). If you would like to submit a question for consideration, visit: https://adne.webconnex.com/questions-for-candidates
The process for submitting these questions unknown to the candidates is as follows:
- Parishioners and clergy are encouraged to submit questions to an online database through the diocesan website
- The resulting table is organized/edited by the diocese to reduce redundancies and errors and sent to the Rectors at the Walk-About locations by October 4, 2018.
- Each Rector, in conversation with each local CNB member and a local lay representative (Senior or Junior Warden), will review the table of questions and choose six.
- These six questions will then be split up between each of the moderators at the local sites for each Q & A session.
Clergy and Synod voting delegates are required to attend at least one of the three locations during the Walk-About, but all members of our diocese are welcome and encouraged to attend any or all of them.
